Data Analyst at DENLIN
During my tenure as a data analyst, a significant part of my experience revolved around working on a mobile application project called "Veloz Mandados," which focused on food and errand delivery services. The app was launched in several cities around Mexico. My role involved extracting information from a NoSQL database, specifically MongoDB, which housed data from different regions across Mexico, as well as the sub-divisions within each city.
In order to derive meaningful insights, I performed various tasks such as data cleaning, data aggregation, statistical analysis, and data visualization. By applying these techniques, I was able to identify patterns, trends, and key metrics that provided valuable insights into user behavior, market demand, and operational performance.
Once I had gathered valuable information, I prepared comprehensive presentations for my superiors and colleagues within the company. These presentations highlighted the important findings and included recommendations to support decision-making processes. By effectively communicating the outcomes of my analyses, I ensured that stakeholders were well-informed and equipped with the necessary insights to make data-driven decisions.
Database Administrator at DENLIN
I held various roles related to database management. I led projects in designing databases, created Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and relational models to ensure efficiency and scalability of systems. Additionally, I was responsible for database development, implementing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers to optimize data management and performance.
As part of my responsibilities, I performed data normalization tasks, ensuring consistent organization and adherence to best practices. I managed users and permissions, ensuring appropriate data access controls and security measures.
Furthermore, I experienced performing database backups, ensuring data integrity and availability. I also participated in migrating databases from NoSQL to SQL systems, ensuring a smooth transition without data loss.

Before becoming an engineer, I want to share a little about my journey as a cadet at the Military Aviation School, part of the Mexican Air Force. For nine months, I dedicated myself wholeheartedly to this experience, driven by my lifelong dream of learning to fly airplanes.
What did I learn?
Being a cadet taught me invaluable values and principles. I developed a strong sense of discipline, integrity, respect, esprit de corps and mental resistence. The military environment taught me to appreciate the importance of the little things in life, such as getting a good night's sleep, eating well, and aprecciating our trusted people around us, our family and friends.
Why did I leave?
However, as time went on, I realized that pursuing a career solely in the military was causing me to sacrifice important aspects of my life, including my own personal potential. My dreams and aspirations extended beyond the limited scope of the military ranks. It was a difficult decision, but I ultimately chose to step away from the military aviation school.
Though my path shifted, I will forever cherish the experiences and lessons learned during my time as a cadet. They have shaped me into the person I am today and continue to influence my approach to challenges, teamwork, and personal growth.
The important people in my life have had a profound positive impact on me, constantly motivating me and bringing out the best in me. My parents, with their unwavering support and love, have shaped me into the person I am today.
My family has provided me a solid support and a sense of belonging. Their encouragement and belief in my abilities have given me the confidence to pursue my dreams.
In addition, my girlfriend, friends, and fellow athletes have played vital roles in my life. Their unwavering support, understanding, and belief in me have been constant sources of inspiration. They have cheered me on, celebrated my successes, and provided a shoulder to lean on during difficult times. Their presence has brought joy, laughter, and a sense of camaraderie that pushes me to achieve more.
